Twelve weeks, four phases, one facility.
Timings are typical rather than contractual; a site with clean meter data moves faster, and a site whose records live in four systems takes longer. Nothing in the first three phases requires a change to how your operations already run.

Less than most people expect.
A pilot runs on records that already exist because someone in finance, engineering or EHS already needs them. If a record does not exist today, it stays absent and is marked as a gap — we do not fill it in.

What an engagement does not include.
An assurance opinion or certification of any kind; legal or regulatory advice; replacing a carbon accounting or reporting tool that already works for you; or publishing anything on your behalf. Evidence sits beneath those, and they stay yours.
Commercials, plainly
Pilots are scoped per facility and priced per engagement, so we discuss commercials directly rather than publishing a price list that would fit nobody. A pilot starts without a long-term commitment; hosting, processing and subprocessor terms are set out in the Data Processing Addendum, and the control-by-control security position is in the Trust Center, both readable before you talk to anyone here.
Common questions
Do we have to move our data into EcoVeraZ?
No. Records are read as they exist and bound to figures with their period, unit, entity and capture time; the source system stays where it is and stays the source of truth for its own operations.
What if our data is messy?
That is the normal starting condition and it is what the first weeks surface. Missing evidence lowers a figure’s score and appears on the gap list; it is never quietly filled in, because a gap you can see is worth more than a number you cannot defend.
Who needs to be involved from our side?
One owner with about an hour a week, a preparer who knows where the records live, and a reviewer who is not the preparer. Larger sites sometimes add an engineering contact for meter questions.
How quickly do we see something usable?
Figures typically start appearing with their evidence in the connect phase, in the first four to six weeks, and an issued edition with its certificate comes at the end of the prove phase. Timings depend on how many systems the records live in.
What happens after the pilot?
Either it extends — another facility, another parameter, the value chain, or the framework pack you report against — or it stops, and you keep the evidence and the outputs produced during it. Nothing about the pilot is designed to make leaving expensive.
